It streamlines the search process by replacing traditional word-of-mouth and offline marketing with a structured, user-friendly experience. I was responsible for user research, ideation, information architecture, wireframing, and usability testing, ensuring intuitive navigation, seamless onboarding, and efficient service discovery for both parents and providers.
