DiabCare is a comprehensive platform designed to empower individuals in managing diabetes effectively. It combines health tracking, online consultations, medication access, expert insights, and a supportive community to promote holistic care. My role involved conducting user research through interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis. Leveraging these insights, I created user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps, and developed wireframes and prototypes to deliver an intuitive and accessible design solution.
